Welcome to TCG Grab & Go. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, vending machines, rewards program, and any related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by TCG Grab & Go ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing our website, purchasing from our vending machines, signing up for our rewards program, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use our Services with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

TCG Grab & Go vending machines dispense sealed trading card game booster packs from authorized distributors. Products include, but are not limited to, sealed booster packs from Pokemon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh, One Piece, and Dragon Ball Super.

All products sold through our vending machines are sealed, factory-authentic, and sourced from authorized distributors. We do not sell singles, graded cards, or opened product through our machines.

Product selection varies by machine and location and is subject to availability.

Our vending machines accept credit cards, debit cards, and contactless payment methods (such as Apple Pay and Google Pay). We do not accept cash or gift cards at this time.

All sales are processed in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax will be collected at the time of purchase where required by law.

Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors. By completing a transaction, you agree to the terms and privacy practices of the applicable processor.

Due to the nature of sealed trading card products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been successfully dispensed.

If a vending machine malfunctions and you do not receive the product you paid for, or if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at tcggrabandgonyc@outlook.com or message us on Instagram (@tcggrabandgonyc). Please include photos of your receipt, the machine, and the issue, as well as your rewards program email if you are a member. We will review each case and, at our discretion, issue a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Rewards program members typically receive faster dispute resolution because we can verify transactions through the rewards system.

If you dispute a charge directly with your bank or card issuer, please notify us so we can help resolve the issue promptly.

Our rewards program is administered through a third-party platform provided by Magex USA. By enrolling, you agree to both these Terms and any additional terms set forth by the rewards program provider.

Points are earned on qualifying purchases at TCG Grab & Go vending machines. 100 points equals $1 in store credit toward future purchases. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time, including changing point earning rates, redemption values, and expiration rules. We will make reasonable efforts to notify members of material changes.

Fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of these Terms may result in forfeiture of points and termination of your rewards account.

If you opt in to receive text messages or marketing emails from us, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing communications at the phone number or email address you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

TCG Grab & Go does not operate an online store. Products sold through social media or our mailing list are shipped on a case-by-case basis. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs, and shipping timelines are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the carrier, though we will assist with claims where possible.

You agree not to: tamper with, damage, or vandalize any TCG Grab & Go vending machine; attempt to obtain product without paying; reverse engineer, hack, or exploit any part of our Services; use our Services for any unlawful purpose; impersonate another person or entity; or submit false information in any form or inquiry.

Violation of these rules may result in legal action and permanent ban from our Services, including the rewards program.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of TCG Grab & Go or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Trading card game brand names and logos (Pokemon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh, One Piece, Dragon Ball Super, etc.) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. TCG Grab & Go is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these trademark holders.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services, including the rewards program provider (Magex USA), social media platforms, and payment processors. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site or service. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Product availability at any given machine is not guaranteed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TCG Grab & Go and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the six months preceding the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars ($50).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TCG Grab & Go and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys fees, arising out of or related to your use of our Services or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and update the "Effective Date" at the top. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
